Pros (+) I loved the location. We were close to everything. Loved it.
Cons (-) The bed was not comfortable. Maybe they should change the mattress out. Other than that it was perfect.

Pros (+) Location is nice
Cons (-) Internet issues for a day and got an email to contact internet provider ourselves. Laundry card reader broken for whole stay. Room cleaning is not included. Rooms have stale smell. Basically an apartment for rent, and expensive one for that. Staff is good but services are mediocre.

Pros (+) This was our second time, and everything was very good. We know the Orlando n' Lake Buena Viste area very good, and for us the Resort is perfect.
