Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which makes exploring Ooty and accessing restaurants and shops very convenient. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms, and note that the service is often unhelpful or unprofessional. Several guests also feel the hotel does not offer good value for the price charged, citing poor maintenance, lack of amenities, and problems with hot water and WiFi. While a few found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the location, the overall experience is marred by cleanliness and service concerns.
