Plane was very warm prior to taking off. Very warm.
Delayed flight and missed our second flight. Had to take another ticket. We will never book again.
The flight was delayed for 55 min, and we missed out transit flight. No one told us or updated about the delay, we just stud in the airport and waited. we also asked for help talking to the ground crew regarding our transit flight, but no one cared. poor service!!!
Boarding kind of messy.
Excellent!
Arriving to destination without a near 2 hour delay would have been a nice touch
Quick flight. Easy and cheap! Better than taking a ferry over 4 hours
The flight was delayed and they didn’t tell for how long at the beginning
Flight delayed and jampacked full.
Cons: Make it easier to upgrade seats
Pros: fast and efficient
Cons: Plane has propellers so it was shaking
Pros: Our flight from Lemnos to Athens was smooth. Cabin crew offered a snack and drink soon after reaching cruise, we got to enjoy sunset scenes over the Agean Islands which can only be described as spectacular. The ATR-42 is also a capable little aircraft, perfect for these smaller island hops.
Pros: The crew was really great, polite and helpful:)
Cons: Maybe some coffee but really not necessary to make it a great trip:)
Pros: - Flight schedule was kept on time - Smooth flight - e-info nice provided
Cons: Lunch offered shouldn’t be a joke. Small quantities like we had to just say our opinion about the menu.
Cons: Maybe quick check in for all travelers when booking an early morning or a too late/night flight..
Cons: More media or WiFi on board (& not only for flights abroad). Thank you.
Pros: All round the flight was uneventful ie just how it should be.
Cons: The transfer between flights was difficult due to the distance from one gate to the other gate and the tight timeframe - the cabin crew advised there would be a connection ambassador at the gate to assist, when we arrived, but there wasn't which made it a bit more difficult but none the less I made the connecting flight.
Pros: All good!! No complaints.
Cons: Nothing
Pros: Easy boarding, on time and nice beverages.
Pros: Perfectly on time, friendly staff, refreshments delicious.
Pros: I’m an average size male and I could fit in the seat
Cons: 3” leg room.
Cons: Not much. Even had free beer.
Pros: Friendly professional crew.
Cons: Check-in and boarding process.
Cons: Flight was delayed with no explanation
Pros: Very nice and helpful crew. Boarding experience not great in Fira or Athens with buses involved in both but the airline itself is great.
Pros: Crew super nice.
Cons: Everything perfect. Thanks
Cons: Boarding in Greece is always a little behind. But they always leave on time or a little early... I guess it’s fine. But it’s nice to start boarding on time also.
Pros: Crew was great!! Food was good! On the whole a good flight!
Cons: Seats are always an issue. They need to be wider and needs to be legroom.
Pros: The granola bar was a nice added touch for such a short flight. Crew members were all friendly and helpful.
Cons: Waited for our connecting flight luggage to arrive to plane.
Cons: It was delayed and we weren’t informed
