Pros: Very friendly staff - both check in and out! The hotel was well maintained and clean. Our room was ready, very clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy! We had requested a room away from the street, and had a wonderful room on the back of the hotel with a lovely King bed, plenty of pillows, and a nice sofa! The breakfast was magnificent! Delicious waffles, omelets, sausage, fresh fruit, pastries and so many choices of juice. It was continuously filled by a very lovely lady with a big smile, and the food was absolutely delicious! We will stay here again!
Cons: We had a little trouble finding the elevator. We were given great directions by the front desk, but we just missed it. A sign indicating the location from the side entry door would be great.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff!
5,4 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good.
Cons: Well i booked handicapp accessible in months in adavance and didnt get it. I had knees surgury and needed easy accomidations i called to confirm a few days prior and was told yes booking was still good then when i hit to room i called and they said someonelse was in the room. So i had to keep the room i got which was not handicap accessible. I was there for a wedding and need it to be as stress free as possible. Then we purchased sodas from vending machine on 5th floor because 3rd floor was empty and they had black mold all over them. Called downstairs and they brought new ones up and took the moldy ones. Then i found out today that my grandsons breakfast were free because hes only 5 and i had been charged for his meals. Plus my bank account was charged 489.91 and my final bill and initial bill stated 444.91 chose this hotel because of reviews and 5stars. It does not deserve it it wasnt any. Better than a motel 8. So i was NOT impressed!!!

Pros: I had the worst experience ever at this hotel. Had to wait 5 hours for a room, the room they gave me still had the prior persons bedding on it because you could see the hair and body oils on sheets and pillows. The heater did not work in the room and the tv went out an hour into it. House keeping barged in my door in the early am without knocking as i was naked in the shower and she continued to do her work as if it was normal. They then had a maintinance issue with the elevators and I had to haul my luggage down the stairs. As i was attempting to get some breakfast someone's child had knocked over a huge warming tub of hot gravy and unfortunately the child was burned so paramedics came and with all the people in the area breakfast was no longer accessible. At check out they charged me me twice, the second charge had just now fallen off my credit card. Then to top it off I go to get into my car to go to my meeting which i might add was on a sunday at that, and see that some overly happy intoxicated person had vomited all over the hood of my car! Definetly by far the MOST worst experience Ive ever had with a hotel, especially a hotel of that magnitude with what I thought had such a stellar reputation. I was very disappoint and in all honesty i believe they should comp me a free month of hotel rooms for all i went through. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to upper managment to see about what they can do to make it right or at least refund my money. I have yet to get a response. I am now going to go to social media and start leaving reviews on the hotel and on booking.com since booking.com is the ones who set me up with that particular hotel. It was not a good experience at all and if someone does not make it up to me I am going to express my dissatisfaction, and in my line of work ( entertainment industry) I know many many very well renowned reputable individuals who can have quite the effect on a businesses clientele and reputation

Pros: Nice and friendly staff
Cons: Kind of expensive and charged for breakfast.
7,9 Good
Pros: good facilities, neet room
Cons: can open the windows for clean air, no vegetables at breakfast, the paying method at the breakfast is uncomfortable
6,3 Good
Pros: Bed was nice
Cons: Bathroom layout and shower, breakfast not included for that price, no usb outlets
5,0 Okay
Pros: The morning staff was much nicer.
Cons: My daughter's face was slammed in the elevator door. The desk clerk seemed unconcerned. Found someone else's clothing wedged between the chair and footstool.. indicating the room wasn't cleaned well... again not concerned at all or apologetic. At $183.00 a night, I expect a little more.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect. Easy to get to and close to shopping. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: No USB ports in the room. The price was a bit high.
9,2 Excellent
Cons: That you charge for a continental breakfast. You just have a small sign showing that you charge. That no one sees. That the lobby personnel will tell everyone that you have a continental breakfast, but doesn’t let the customers know that they will be charged, very deceiving.

Pros: Our stay at this Residence Inn in Kansas City was very good. The suite room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very adequate.

Pros: The facility is 11 years old and under renovation. The things we were slightly disappointed with will probably be taken care of by the time they are done with the renovation.
Cons: Taking towels to front desk to exchange for a clean towel. The shower spray was not good. No safety grab bars in the shower. Saw a bug. Sink leaked on the floor.
9,2 Excellent
Cons: Booking.com showed the room to have a queen bed and a sofa bed. The room did not have the sofa bed as stated. We found this out at check in at 1:30 am. Booking.com mis lead us.

Pros: The location is good. The beds were comfortable.
Cons: Someone began vacuuming outside of my door very early in the morning. I put the "do not disturb" sign up, but they kept it running. The front desk person was rude. The bathroom was not very clean. When I asked about bedding for the sofa sleeper the front desk person said, "We don't have sofa sleepers. That's what happens when you book through third parties. You get false information."

Pros: The room was a very nice size and very clean when we checked in. The evening desk person was very nice and helpful!!
Cons: Housekeeping never came to our room the 3 days we were there. We had to take our own trash out. When checking out I mentioned this to the night desk person and he acted as if he didn’t care and said “I work 11-7 I don’t know what goes on during the day. Call later and talk to someone else” wow really? That was very unprofessional and very rude. I don’t know if I would stay at another of these locations if this is the type of response that is given when an issue is brought up.

Pros: Location. The staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate and fix issues.
Cons: Rooms smelt very mildewed. First room was very bad and there was a pocket door on the bathroom that didn’t work. Staff moved us to a new room which also smelled but not quit as bad as the first.

6,3 Good
Pros: The staff seemed friendly and the breakfast choices were a little more than just cereal and milk. Surprisingly my bed was comfortable.
Cons: The room was almost an eyesore as it was pretty beat up cosmetically. I was in town from Saturday evening until the following Friday and the Wifi did not work until Wednesday night. This was a huge problem as I was in town for grad school classes and I was unable to get my daily work done. The staff didn't seem to act like it was a major issue. Also, the bathroom door was so beat up and was not hanging right, that it would not closely properly. There are no automatic doors to get into the building which makes it difficult when hauling in luggage.
6,3 Good
Pros: Front desk person was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, phone didn't work. A lit tug left confusing walking around the place. The numbers if our room was broken. The pool was ok. The pump was very loud.

Cons: There wasn't much for breakfast, just a waffle iron and some muffins. I didn't see any fruit or yogurt, or other options, but for the price I'm not complaining.

Pros: Nothing worst place ever

8,8 Excellent
Cons: Smelled like smoke even though the rooms were all non smoking
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.
Cons: The deadbolt on my door was inoperable. The bedside lamp was dark- broken or bad bulb?
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were kind and gracious and very accommodating. I am disabled and needed a room that would not be a far walk from the entrance and on extremely short notice(the original date of my stay got moved up a week). They made it happen with no drama. The room and bathroom were very clean. The water was instantly hot and plentiful for showers with good water pressure. Great dark out curtains!! No light showed through from outside. The bedding was crisp and clean. The flooring was laminate plank type not cushiony like carpet but I felt it was freshly washed unlike some hotels where the carpet just seems gross.
Cons: The TV in room 119 was on the small side and the picture was fuzzy and pixelated. And not that either affected my use of the room but replacing the stained ceiling panels in the suspended ceiling in the bathroom and repainting the chipped trim around the bathroom door would be pretty cheap fixes that would make an impact. The bathroom was very clean but these two things made it appear a little shabby.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Diamond in the rough! Quiet. Clean. Peaceful. Very few guest when I checked in on a weekend which was enjoyable. Within descent walking distance of various shopping and places to get a bite to eat.
Cons: Nothing bad to report after 2nd weekend stays.

7,1 Good
Cons: Breakfast should have a cereal option.
7,1 Good
Pros: The room was clean. The price was right.
Cons: Even though we were in a no smoking room, it smelled like smoke really bad.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: This motel is an example of creative comfort on a shoestring. It is priced well below the surrounding motels/hotels and is sort of away from the action--but close to our family home. Though old, it is clean and well kept inside. The best thing is the staff. They came up with answers to all our requests and were warm and appreciative of our stay. I'm a food-lover and avoid motel breakfasts generally but there was oatmeal and fresh fruit that made me happy. They made parking the uhaul easy and we felt good leaving our stuff while we were at our son's home for a celebration.
Cons: The exterior is old and there are window air conditioners. There are concerning people in the parking lot even late at night. The police station and jail are across the street--which is both good and bad. The staff is fearless and the feeling inside the rooms is secure.
4,6 Okay
Pros: No hot water!!
Cons: Still no hot water!!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent housekeeping staff. Check in and all other areas very satisfactory.
Cons: Access to the building was very unsatisfactory. Scanner on the end of the building only worked part of the time and when it did, it took several tries. Noticed all other guests having the same difficulty.

Pros: The owner lives at the hotel and he apologized to me for the police constantly. Also my ride was late picking me up 4hrs past check out and he didn't make a fuss over it.
Cons: The cops were called all 3 nights I was there and even had to switch my room to get away from the room the police kept showing up to. Cons: Typical ghetto establishment, obviously the manager/owner deals with so much vagrancy at this place that he treats everyone rudely by default.. He told me I could not be on the premises after check out, even tho I had to wait a few hrs to find out if I needed to spend another night or not. Then he had the nerve to try to justify such treatment because he offers the lowest rates in the area. I told him I'd gladly spend more to avoid his attitude in the future!
