Pros (+) Awesome place to stay for a few nights! Awesome fishing! The boathouse bar wasn't open due to renovations so that was a let down but other than that it was great!

Pros (+) Location! Beautiful place with easy access to a boat ramp and the water. Also breakfast starts at 5am so it's easy to get out on the water early.
Cons (-) No refrigerator in the room; makes it hard to keep a few necessities on hand.
