Liked nothing. I am 6ft7 and they gave me a Miata .... yes ... a Miata For the inconvenience I was supposed to get the price down to $75 but ... never happened. Since I flew overseas, I could not reach them and I was charged full price. Better and easier to through a fist.Cons:

STAFF WAS VERY ABRUPT WHEN I ARRIVED AND TOLD ME THAT THERE WERE NO CARS AVAILABLE. NO EXPLANATION, NO PHONE CALL, NOTHING. MY VEHICLE WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND THAT WAS THAT! NOT TO MENTION, THAT THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THAT I HAD A CONFIRMED RESERVATION AT THIS LOCATION AND NOBODY CALLED TO TELL ME NOT TO SHOW UP. IT RUINED MY ENTIRE VACATION PLANS WITH MY GRANDCHILDREN. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION.Cons:

Very dirty office, I was nervous about renting when I got there because of the appearance of the place. I was not sure about leaving my personal vehicle in a sketchy neighborhood with no security cameras on the building that could monitor my vehicle and belongings while I was away. My rental vehicle smelt like cigarettes even though your company has a 100% no smoking police... it made my 7 hour drive miserable.2,0 Poor

With this Covid stuff going on they could actually clean the car before the next person drives it. There was a scratched off lotto ticket and a piece of paper folded in half under the visor on the drivers side. The drivers side panel where all the window controls are was filthy. This is the 3rd time now that I’ve gotten a dirty car from hertz and now I’ll be using a different company for my rental cars. I will not give them My money anymore.10,0 Wonderful

After arguing with the sales rep, I was given a free upgrade.Cons:
When I arrived, the car I reserved was not available. I was not happy, and the sales rep was pushy and telling me that I had to pay more for a larger vehicle. I had to argue and get very uncomfortable and insist that they honor the price I was given several times before they finally did the right thing and acquiesced, giving me the free upgrade.Budget

We liked nothing about the experience. We got to the Budget Office in Port St Lucie and there was no car for us. The woman there insisted we travel an hour south (we were heading north) to hopefully get another car. No guarantees there either. We ended up having to drive 2 hours to Orlando to start all over by reserving another car. Our reservations contract was not honored.Cons:

Our Budget experience was excellent! The staff is quick and friendly. The atmosphere is clean. The car rental was spectaclular. We rented a Pacifica and we are thinking of buying one now. I recommend this place to anyone.Cons:
There was an issue with the sun pass on the way back from our trip,it somehow got activated and the toll booth wouldnt spit us out a ticket because it said we had sunpass. We didnt to use the sunpass because there are extra fees. Dropping the car off I told the employee what happened and he didnt seem to bothered with it. Our credit card has not been charged yet so I dont know if they will charge or not. I hope not.Avis

This site didn't have cars. Sue, the manager said they requested some but were not there. Finally, because I was strong with her and needed to get to the airport, she made me pay $7 more dollars because she was going to give me someone else's car and it was a full size. When I got to the FLL airport to return the car, they couldn't close the ticket because the car didn't have the barcode. I left and don't know what happened. This is my second issue at this site. The previous time I was accused of smoking! Crazy!5,6 Fair

I like that the prices were affordable for what my needs were that particular day. The car was clean, smell free, and full of petrol.Cons:
What i didn't particularly care for was the actual rental site. The owner was nice about my car not being ready at the actual time requested, but he left and his wife was less than courteous using her employees as scape goats. I asked her if running 15 minutes behind was business as usual there, she said well pickup time is only an estimate. i will use avis in the future, but not this particular site.7,2 Good
