Guests say
Guests frequently praised the comfortable beds and spacious rooms, and some found the staff accommodating. However, many reviews mention persistent elevator problems, ongoing construction, and occasional cleanliness or service issues. Some guests also noted problems with amenities such as the air conditioning and pool, and a few reported negative experiences with staff or safety concerns. Overall, the positives are the comfort and size of the rooms, but operational and maintenance issues are common.
