Pros:We had an issue with the bed in our room and the staff fix the issue within a half hour. Every staff member was very friendly. We ejoyed our stay.
Cons:Pool hours were only until 8. I think they should of been longer.

Pros:Close to the beach and things you want to be close to. Pool was okay.
Cons:The rooms were so tiny! I’ve never been in a hotel room this small before. It was smaller than the smallest rooms on a cruise ship! We had to pay to park at a lot within walking distance, but it was super sketchy. It was all together adequate. I wouldn’t stay here again, and if you had children this place would be a nightmare.

Pros:The location
Cons:Everything, the older man at the desk was rude & stressed beyond his capacity to manage. The water in shower & sink was like a trickle that took 20 minutes to get warm, bathroom was small, no towel hooks, plugs or even a toilet paper holder. No Ice in the hotel.

Cons:It was not very clean. It took awhile for the tub to drain.

Pros:I loved the location and the fact that the walls were not paper thin. There was ample parking and I was given a parking pass as soon as I got to Ocean City so I could go out and enjoy the beach while waiting for my room to be ready. I did enjoy the fact that my room was changed to a pool side room after a rather unfortunate battle with my original room key.
Cons:The first room I had I could not even open with the keys! I went down to the main office twice and was starting to become irritated. The pool was not heated as was advertised, and was colder than the ocean.
