Pros (+) The rooms were cozy, the view of the water was amazing. We did kayaking right on site. Also the staff at front desk was super informative and sweet.
Cons (-) The only thing i didnt like was that noise travels easily through walls at night.

Pros (+) I liked that they were very friendly at the office, and gladly refunded my money. So even though my stay was not pleasant, they were good business owners in being cordial about the situation, and offered to give me price break if I gave them another chance. Their taking accountability of the situation made a bad situation much better, which did make me think they had integrity. THis place is good ...
Cons (-) Room was dirty, and they did NOT FLUSH THE LINES OUT from ANTI-FREEZE from winterizing their motel, before issuing me my room. This plus the overall room non-cleanliness had me running out of there the next morning. They DID refund me with NO PROBLEM, and DID OFFER to give me a price break if I was willing to come back and try them another time. I doubt I will, but just the offer softened the situ...
