Pros (+) The hotel is less than a block from the beach. You literally fall out of bed into the sand. It also has a pool which was key for us. Free Wi-Fi.
Cons (-) the motel has seen better days. There's no elevator that I saw. Beds were hard. Rooms were clean but the facility needs to be updated. Still- based on the location and the price, We were very happy. I would stay there again.

Pros (+) We liked the location of this hotel. Right at the end of the boardwalk. So in the morning we walked the boardwalk and it wasn't too crowded. It is steps away from the beach. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. The AC worked great and the room was clean. There is a microwave and fridge that were convenient and clean. If you are looking for luxury or a view, this is ...
Cons (-) Everything about this hotel is good. The prices in Ocean City during peak season are way higher then I would ever like to pay. This one was a cheaper option but still higher than I like to pay for hotels.
