Pros (+) The staff is super accommodating and relaxed, everybody knows who you are and what room are you in. We left the door open by mistake at one point and nothing went missing from our luggage. Cons (-) At night there was a drunky-hobo tupe person walking around yelling stuff. He got picked up by the police but he screamed and yelled for a while before they brought he van to take him in for disorderly conduct.
