Pros:Friendly staff, comfortable seats, lots of space for bags, temperature and air pressure was great.
Cons:Boarding process took a long time, not enough seats in boarding area. No wifi on a 10 hour flight.

Pros:The flight was comfortable and the condition of the cabin very good. As we landed 1.5 hours late, the captain and crew asked people who didn’t have a transfer flight to remain seated while those of us needing to make it to our next leg were allowed to deboard first. That was thoughtful and helped me make my train with 10 minutes to spare!
Cons:Flight was delayed 1.5 hours. When we finally boarded, there was no crowd control, just everyone trying to squeeze into 2 checkin lines at once. My partner and I were seated 15 rows apart, even though we bought our tickets together. I was seated in the very back row, were I could here the cabin crew in the kitchen, talking loudly and at times unprofessionally. No food or drinks unless you pay extra for it.

Cons:I PAID for food and never got my food. I booked my ticket in February and sat at the end of the plane near the bathroom and those were not the tickets I selected. My wife wanted water and a blanket and they charged us for both and never gave her either one. The worst flight ever. I will now reconsider using this airline

Cons:None of the staff could tell me which gate number it the flight was due to an error in number switching, causing me to go through security check 3 TIMES over 3 HOURS which ruined my experience and put me in an aggravated mood! Crew spoke without empathy & redirected their anger of gate errors at me!

Cons:On a 9.5 hr flight, drinks and a light snack should at least be served. Some of the the crew members were rude and not very helpful. We bid hundreds of dollars for an upgrade and didn't find out until 6:30 am the day of the flight that we didn’t get it, so we had to scramble to then add baggage.

Pros:Nothing. Awful crew
Cons:We didn’t purchase the food plan but we’re willing to buy food. Nobody wanted to help us. We had to chase down a flight attendant in order to get a sandwich & water. Never felt so ignored in my life. Awful crew & with lack of people crew

Overview of Norwegian

Since first opening a primary base in Bergen, Norwegian has developed a wide-spanning network of hubs across the world. Aiding its ability to offer a variety of international services, the airline has hubs in Barcelona, Copenhagen, Helsinki, London, Los Angeles, Madrid, New York, Paris, Rom and Stockholm, among others. Flights are available to more than 35 countries in Europe, North America, South America, Asia, North Africa and the Middle East.

Due in large part to its substantial coverage of operating hubs, the airline is able to schedule direct services at a low-cost. Onboard amenities, such as food and drinks, are minimized to reduce the price of the standard fare. Norwegian has several subsidiaries that sit underneath it, including a long haul division and carriers in targeted markets, such as the United Kingdom, Argentina and Sweden.

Boeing has been chosen as the preferred manufacturer for the fleet, with the 737 Next Generation series most commonly flown. The distinctive aircraft are easily spotted with their red noses and faces of influential figures on the tail.

Unlike the majority of airlines, Norwegian provides Wi-Fi access for free. Low data activities, such as web browsing and messaging, is available as part of the complimentary service, while streaming and app use requires an upgrade. Shorter flights and those within Europe offer only Economy seating; however, Flex fares provide seat selection and checked baggage. International long haul flights to or from the United States or South America provide the option of sitting in a Premium cabin. Seats in Premium have at least 43 in of legroom and serve a 3-course dinner.
