I do not know why you are asking me to rate this hotel, when I booked this hotel through your company, but then you send me an email saying that you are not able to fulfill our agreement and get me a room there. I will NOT be using your website again for any of my travels in the future

Pros (+) Location. Near I-35, Main St., restaurants, and my destination. Friendly staff. Refrigerator cooled well. A/C worked well.
Cons (-) No light switch inside exterior entry door. Once, the dead bold extended when I opened the outside door, and I had to insert the key card and turn the outside handle to get it to retract. Only happened once. Something purple (like dried grape jelly) was in the refrigerator door handle. Lunch meat from a previous customer was in the refrigerator.
