As regular Hilton traveler and Diamond Member, I never saw a so poor service. The hotel est one of the best of the coast for the view, the pool and the gardens. But the service is really not good. Too much expensive for the quality, this is really sad.

Pros (+) I loved this hotel. The rooms, staff and amenities were amazing. The pools are perfect for little kids. All have zero entry and allowed our 1.5 year old to run and play freely. The palapa we rented at the beach provided the perfect shade. Would definitely recommend and come back.
Cons (-) The food at the two hotel restaurants was just OK.
