Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's onsen facilities, variety of amenities, and friendly, helpful staff. The location is convenient for sightseeing and public transport. Breakfast and dinner buffets were generally appreciated for their variety and taste. However, several guests noted issues with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and aging facilities. Some found the price high for the value received, and a few mentioned that the hotel could benefit from renovations. Overall, the positive experiences with amenities and service outweighed the negatives for most guests.
