The place was opposite to the station and was easy to find.
Very close to the 2 railway stations in Nikko. 30 min walk to the places to visit, on the main street Bus stop on the square in front of the hotel. we book 2 rooms (1 for us, and 1 for our 2 teenagers), then we had shared toilet and bathroom of our own: very convenient!
twin rooms are quite bigger than double rooms. Can not get in or out of the double bed from both sides.
That the check in only is until 18pm.
Excellent location directly across from bus station and very close to train station Super market 4 minutes away. After 7pm meals marked down 50%-60% Lots of nearby restaurants, bakery, beautiful open-air onsen (700 yen) in hotel (open until 2300) across from train station Comfortable beds, nice large showers on first floor Kitchen (no stove),fridge, hot water, microwave Relaxing common area Amazing staff=5 STARS! So-o-o helpful and kind! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I liked pretty much everything about the place, but... 2nd floor(Standard Room vs. Deluxe Rooms/1st floor) shower very touchy hot/cold water adjustment. If in “Deluxe” go down to 1st floor to shower. You’ll be glad you did. Squeaky, loud floors, oh well!
It was close to both of the train stations and to catch the buses. Having the kitchenette and a supermarket close by was a bonus.
