Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly criticize the hotel's cleanliness, reporting severe hygiene problems including insects, dirty linens, bad odors, and general disrepair. Many mention encountering cockroaches and bedbugs, and describe the property as unsanitary and poorly maintained. While the location is praised for being close to the train station and city center, the value for price is often questioned due to the poor conditions. Some guests note that the staff can be friendly or accommodating, but this does not compensate for the lack of cleanliness and comfort. Overall, the negative aspects, especially regarding hygiene, dominate the reviews.
