Parking was problematic but staff assisted as much as they could.
Very friendly staff and water park admussion
Carpet felt unclean and wet, uncomfortable sheets, very basic amenities
Waterpark perfect for children
We took a 3 year old and 5 year old. They loved it. Bright sunny facility. Wave pool was awesome. kiddy area worked well and there were nice long tube slides. Although hotel facility was somewhat dated, the rooms were large and clean. Everything worked well
Ok but the water park at Great Wolf is much better
Convenient location. Short drive to the Falls and the Clifton Hill attractions.
Even though the hotel is not downtown and has a huge parking lot, they charge $16.95 a night for parking. Given it's suburban location I would have expected free parking. In addition, the water park is very basic. Only the tube slide was good and there wasn't much variety. As far as water parks go this one is not great. Few options for bigger slides.
Couldn't help feel disappointed and let down.
The 2 person hot tub was the highlight, once the staff cleaned it properly of the previous users hair and lint. We liked the location of the Hotel, we liked that it was close to Clifton Hills but far enough away so it was quiet at night. The Waterpark was also a fun feature. I haven't rode a water slide in years.
I didn't like that the on site resto was operating at half capacity as they are renovating for a Boston Pizza. Also, we found that we did not get our money's worth considering what we payed
That we could use the waterpark multiple times, I was under the impression it would only be once. And, Timothy's!!
The family changerooms were difficult to get to, (when you have a 5 year old boy who has to go to the washroom while you're swimming). Even a family washroom in the pool area would help.
Great place for your money!!! Room was clean. We arrived early and was able to check in early. Great for Families! Our back patio door lead to the play ground outside. Great place for the famly with great value for you money! We will definatley go back!
waterpark good , had to wait at bar for drinks quite a bit only one person serving was qualified to serve liquor and when she was on break there was a long time waiting for drinks
waiting for drinks to be served everything else was good
The indoor waterpark was awesome.
waterpark is good for young kids and the water temperature is excellent, not too cold or too hot.
I upgraded the room to a Premier room, there are 3 light bulbs in the room not worked or missing.// Power outage in the morning for at least an hour. Looks like out of power is quite common. I think they need to have some kind of Back up power resources.
Room was very nice, it was large with a partial sitting area with a 2nd TV.
There was not enough parking during busy times. When we arrived there was a wedding reception taking place in the hotel, and we could not find a parking spot.
It was a perfect place to stay when travelling with children.
Just that the staff are not too friendly or else it would be perfect.
The Water Park was great for the younger kids. Housekeeping was very quick to bring extra towels and shampoo!
The hotel is not convenient to the Falls and tourist areas. The restaurant was over priced and had very slow service. They tried to make up for it with free dessert and were friendly. The room could use some remodeling for the price we paid. The a/c needed to be repaired during our stay. The pull out sofa bed mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable.
Yeah it was good, but when i reserved the room there was 2 beds in a room and when i went to hotel there were only one bed and a sofa becomes a bed but it wasn't confortable but it was ok .
the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful , the waterpark was well staffed
snack bar prices were a bit high
