Location near airport is excellent. Beds quite comfortable. WiFi free but a little fluctuating. Staff friendly & efficient. We have tried most of the airport hotels. This is the best but rather over priced.
Wanted room service but phone rang unanswered so we went to restaurant. Restaurant staff lovely but run off their feet. Two pasta dishes both over-spiced & portions enormous.
Great proximity to airport, comfortable clean room.
When booking I ticked the box requesting quiet room was given room 359.The air conditioning noise in the bedroom was horrendous....VERY loud clanking.Rang reception after 1 hour who rectified the main noise. However a lesser noise was still sounding. I say lesser not a quiet humming as a usual air/con but still much louder than normal. We were still awake at 3pm ....went to bed at 10.00 !!!!! Had to leave room after less than 3 hours sleep. absolute waste of money. Ruined first day of our holiday.
The room was good the bathroom good. Not nosy.
There was a big problem with gas for lager in the bar before dinner. Then when we went into dinner there was a problem with gas or something in the kitchen so the food we could order was very limited. After the fiasco in the bar we could not believe it. The staff were very apologetic but it spoilt the start of our holiday.
The room was spacious.
On booking in at Reception I was asked if I required breakfast, as we had an early start, I said yes for two people. I wasn't told what sort of breakfast was available. Not much! I ended up paying full price for two slices of toast and a coffee, very poor communication and choice. We ate dinner at the hotel, queued to order 15 mins, when food arrived was Luke warm at best, pricy too as they have a captive audience.
