Lobby was incredibly loud between 930 and 11 at night. Bar service was horrible and food was average at best.

The thin walls other guests are loud I got zero sleep I paid 200$ to get some sleep I got zero Put soundproof in between your walls this is unacceptable People paying to get sleep only to hear kids screaming and loud noises from other rooms😞horrible. Restaurant closed too early busses full of travelers keep arriving well after 12 am but nothing to eat nothing around that’s is not the way !!!!!!!!

Clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed. Very professional staff. On site parking ($25) available, but the lot was pretty full and we had to look around a little - try to make a reservation!

Cons (-) Quiet stay, sound proofing of rooms, and doors in between 2 rooms. Waking up twice in the middle of 3am and 7am because of toddler tantrum next door and parents yelling to console the child. The only thing you ever want is a nice sleep after a long day walking and sight seeing in NY.

Pros (+) Very comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast had good choices and excellent coffee. The airport van was also very clean and efficient.
Cons (-) Free WiFi is not offered. The website froze up when I attempted to set it up. This is a common amenity and should be offered for at least 24 hours.

Pros (+) Comfortable bed and pillows. Prompt security when neighboring room got too loud after midnight.Shuttle drivers were very friendly
Cons (-) Staff were not very friendly. Wanted to clean room about 9:00 am and did not come back when I wanted to sleep in after that. Girls behind registration counter were rude.
