Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent, central location near major attractions and public transport, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, describing staff as unfriendly or unhelpful at times. Additionally, the WiFi was a common point of frustration, with several guests noting that it was either not free, unreliable, or difficult to use. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location and cleanliness stood out in the majority of reviews.

Wonderful
Carol, Feb 2017
Pros (+) I love the location being blocks away from Times Square and even Central Park is within walking distance if you're up to it. The price is very reasonable for NYC and even though the hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant on site finding food is not a problem. I've stayed at Travel Inn before and will be back.
