Staff and location were amazing Very clean and great bathroom
Bed was tiny and sheets were poor Not a comfortable night’s sleep
Ironing kit was terrible - old iron and the stand was also broken
rooftop and central position to wander around
the room was really small and not confortable
Comfy bed and shower was good. The bar was lively and appeared to have a good atmosphere although I didn't use it.
There was a problem with my room when I checked in - the air con was making an awful noise and had to move rooms. Receptionist didn't apologise, he just kinda shrugged and gave me a new room. New room was noisy as near to lifts so a lot of people walking past door. Whilst I read from other reviews that the rooms were small, I didn't expect then to be that small! There was no iron or ironing board in the room either.
The value of money is the most appreciated factor for choosing this hotel. After all, considering the prices in Manhattan, the hotel offers very clean rooms, it is excellently located in mid town, and has a nice pub. the staff is kind and useful. for this price, you can't get any better solutions in mid town.
The rooms are extremely small, I mean the smallest I have ever seen in my whole life.
