Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to Chinatown, Little Italy, and other attractions, as well as great views from the rooms. Cleanliness was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with rooms described as clean and well-maintained. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms were also appreciated by several guests. While some found the staff friendly and helpful, others experienced less welcoming service. A few reviews noted issues with amenities, noise, or the surrounding area, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.
