Overall the service was awful.
We requested a baby crib way before our arrival, then when we arrived it wasn’t here we were then told they had run out and our 12 week baby wouldn’t have to sleep in the bed with us, until we complained so much that they had to borrow a crib from another local hotel. We also ordered room service one night and it took 1hr and 45 minutes to arrive.
Convenient location for walking but near homeless lodging. Encountered no problems, but need to be aware of surroundings. Bar on top floor loud at night, but has great view. Overall, good value for money.
Location was within walking distance to Times Square. The roof top bar was nice, but expensive.
Didn't get the room I booked. Booked a king bed with city view and ended up with a queen with city view. And was still charged for the king bed.
The location was fantastic.
The discrepancies with the shuttle were annoying- just get an Uber and save the hassle. There was a line to get in the elevators all day. The club on the 37th floor that did not close until 4:00am made it impossible to sleep without the tv and headphones
Front desk was not welcoming. I booked this hotel as it stated they had a free shuttle service to and fro to the airport. On calling the concierge was told the service was only to the airport. When arriving at the hotel was told they do not provide that
