Pros (+) Quieter neighborhood and the area was nice for getting away from crowed tourist spots. Staff were friendly. Close to the 96th/2nd Avenue Metro.
Cons (-) No breakfast at the hotel. Several options to find breakfast close to hotel. A pool would have been great.

Cons (-) The physical hotel was fine. Between Kayak and Marriott I have never been treated so poorly with lack of communication, follow up and finger pointing that left me in a catch 22 situation If there is any sense of reasonableness in your organization you will have a senior person contact me
