Pros (+) Can't say enough good things about this hotel. The location is perfect. 24/7 coffee available in lobby. Nice pool. Walking distance from New Smyrna's attractions. Balcony. Robes. Everything was first class. Love that TMC is playing on the lobby television to really give the classic feel of this hotel.
Cons (-) No complaints. Please with everything.

Pros (+) Historic 1885 building has a Vibe and charm like no other place in New Smyrna it is truly an excellent overall experience from the staff to each room being uniquely different the beds the pillows flat screen TVs balconies the turndown service with mint and in Room Service continental breakfast and even the towels both bathroom and Beach it's just those little things that sets this place apart alon...
Cons (-) Besides leaving it's hard to find anything if I had to say something the bathrooms are fine but they could use up some upgrading which I understand they are in the process of doing
