Excellent restaurants attached to the hotel. Great historic ambiance. We would definitely stay here again.
I want to begin by saying my stay was great! The staff was friendly and I would definitely stay here again.. However... I felt like I was misled regarding the minibar.. I called the hotel and asked in advance if there was a fee for using the minibar... the lady said no, the minibar was included. I felt like that would be true since my room was $255 for 1 night... I also inquired about the price of the bathrobe for a souvenir ... but that was a price which I didn’t want to pay.. So, with this information, I did use the Minibar... however the very next day after I checked out I saw a fee that I called to inquire about and wouldn’t you know it!! A Minibar Fee!!! The man was very nice, I told him that I inquired about it earlier and was told it was free, but he said no, it’s not free. I don’t mind paying for something, just make sure that all staff is educated on pricing and all things dealing with your business..... customers DO NOT like miscommunication especially financially
Would have loved a coffee maker in room as well as a magnifying/makeup mirror
Old fashioned service where you develop a rapport with the desk clerks and doormen.
I loved the size of the suite we stayed in. The bar and restaurant were absolutely amazing. It’s a Uber away from the French quarter. We stayed for national championship and will definitely stay there again.
