Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to popular attractions, bars, and restaurants, as well as the quiet neighborhood. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning dust, stains, and a general lack of upkeep. Bed comfort also received criticism, with complaints about uncomfortable or noisy beds and inadequate bedding. Service was mixed, with some guests appreciating responsive staff (especially online), while others noted the absence of on-site personnel or unhelpful responses. Value for price was questioned by a few guests who felt the experience did not match the cost. Overall, the location and atmosphere were the hotel's strongest points, while cleanliness and comfort need improvement.
