I knew this would be a subpar experience as I only paid $80 for the night. I guess it served a quarter of its purpose…the sheets were clean. But the receptionist was flirting with two on the job construction workers when I came in, and then as she was checking me in she took a call on her cell phone, processed my check in and handed me keys while she was on the phone. Cons (-) Very tired finishes throughout, only one of two elevators working, crummy breakfast with not even OJ. So depressing. Knowing that they’re one of the few options in town, seems like they just don’t care.

Pros (+) There's a shuttle available to pick you up from Union Station, which is close by but not exactly walking distance. Their staff is SUPER friendly and really have that New England-region pride of their city and the area. Their rooms are well-maintained and clean. The view toward Long Wharf/Pier and the New Haven harbour - outstanding, I really love the view of a harbourfront!
Cons (-) There wasn't much to dislike, but important things to point out was that, upon entering the room, there was one single moth flying around - it didn't make any appearance again after the first night, so I wasn't too bothered by it. Pros (+) There isn't really anything nice I have to say about my experience. The location was good.
