I appreciated the convenient location, the clean and inviting accommodations, and the fabulous service we received. The entire staff was prompt, cordial, and efficient no matter what the circumstances. There was something very special about staying at this boutique hotel. They went out of their way to help us with our laundry, our soiled sheets, our transportation and sightseeing needs and our meal and ice requests at all times of the day. The food was great and room service wonderful. We even enjoyed the tastiest butter chicken in India! I’ve never felt so well-cared for in any other larger hotel. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends in India and will do so to any one visiting New Delhi. I’ll definitely use Hotel Bright on any return trip to India, hopefully soon. Keep up the great work!
The only suggestion I’d have is a bit more information on what to see, where to go and what to be wary of. Tips on how to make the best use of our time during our short stay there would’ve been helpful.
