Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests were extremely dissatisfied with their stay, citing issues such as being overcharged or asked for extra money at check-in, poor cleanliness with dirty rooms and bathrooms, unprofessional and rude staff, and lack of promised amenities like breakfast. Many reported that the actual hotel did not match the online description or pictures, and some had trouble finding the location. Only one review mentioned a positive experience, praising the location, room size, cleanliness, and security. Overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives, with value for price, cleanliness, and service being the most criticized aspects.
