No elevator to go to the 3rd floor with sleeping babies, ice machine is not in a great location. This hotel is very run down!

Cons (-) The room was in disrepair. Not dirty, per se, but needed a lot of renovations. The “breakfast” was very disappointing.

Pros (+) It was very reasonably priced so I can't complain too much. Ample parking.
Cons (-) We stayed for 3 nights and every night our keycard stopped working so we would have to go back down to the office to reactivate.

Pros (+) Conveniently located to where we needed to be.
Cons (-) The lobby and public areas were dirty, you'd think if it's the first thing your guests see that it would be cleaner. It's summer time and yet there were sacks of ice melt in the main entryway - a hotel that size doesn't have a better place to store that stuff, especially during the summertime? The carpets need shampooing, the room could use some serious dusting -

Pros (+) I had to take my Aunt to the hospital and could not lift her in my vehicle. The night clerk lifted her in and made sure we were alright.
