No elevator to go to the 3rd floor with sleeping babies, ice machine is not in a great location. This hotel is very run down!

Pros (+) Good location
Cons (-) The room was in disrepair. Not dirty, per se, but needed a lot of renovations. The “breakfast” was very disappointing.

It's summer time and yet there were sacks of ice melt in the main entryway - a hotel that size doesn't have a better place to store that stuff, especially during the summertime? The carpets need shampooing, the room could use some serious dusting -
Pros (+) Location was great.
Pros (+) I had to take my Aunt to the hospital and could not lift her in my vehicle. The night clerk lifted her in and made sure we were alright.
Pros (+) The room was comfortable - nice big vanity in the bathroom. Bed and pillows were great.
Cons (-) Soundproofing could be better. Mural on the wall was beautiful but a painted green pool was not attractive in my opinion. I think some updating is needed.
Pros (+) Hotel was neat and clean, we did not have a refrigerator in our 165.00 room. Tv and channel selection was poor. People above us were stomping on the floors both nights we were there, housecleaning was at our door at 6:55, forgot to hang do not disturb sign out
