Pros (+) Good beach location, not far from good restaurants and town of Negril. Staff was very good.
Cons (-) Loud most times, loud music, loud people in halls, Wish rooms had sliding windows. Had to use ear plugs to sleep at night. Bed uncomfortable

Cons (-) Staff was friendly for the most part but I didn't get that family oriented feeling like I've had in other hotels in Jamaica. Doors in rooms were dirty, door to balcony would not shut properly and locked from the outside - staff had to come in and change the door knobs as they were put on the wrong way, mirror in bathroom was put on wall in an odd place - hard to look in mirror, poor lighting in ro...
