Pros:The staff was friendly and courteous.
Cons:window wasn't closed when we checked in, and since I didn't notice , we were hearing freeway noise more than we should have. The latch on this window was broken, so it was not a secure room. They seemed to be working on improvements.
Pros:The customer service was perfect and they were very flexible with our needs. We had a suite that allow me and my friend to have each of us our bathroom and separate rooms to sleep.
Pros:Convenient location, room was ok
Cons:The shower drained slow, too slow... The room had a slight smell to it but not that bad, ive been in worse... Overall it was ok
