I arrived from the hotel yesterday night so everything is fresh in mind, so it should be smooth. The hotel is great. It´s right on the Ponta Negra beach and it has two ways to access - the main entry for the reception and the one on the shore that gives you access to the beach. It has three sets of pools on two different levels so you can have kids on upper level and there´s another pool for adults that has a kind of bar on it (but was not operating on our stay there... might be for high season) and the view is excellent. On the shore access entry, you can walk along the shore and visit many... many... many stores and restaurants. Everything a tourist needs and wants, also with options to find touring operators offering rides to different points - from lagoons, to beaches, to diving, to dunes - they have it all. If you do not get a car, Uber is available also with another App option (99Pop). Breakfast was GREAT with options for eggs (scrambled, fried, omelet) and also tapioca. Coffee, milk and tea is available and juices and yogurts. They have options for breads and cakes and some other options like sausage, yuka, cuscus and croissants. Really good breakfast that you sets your way for the day. The rooms... now I need to explain. The hotel is kind of located on a hill, so there are plenty of room units, but you will need to go along ramps or get some shortcut through stairs and it´s all outdoors. If you get room 534, you need to go to level 5th to get your room. No elevator, no easy way. I read they have a kind of electrical car that could take you to higher rooms, but that is available through evaluation of the need and also through a donation. If you have mobility issues or kids, the lower levels are savers, but keep in mind that they are also more expensive and more deluxe style (I´d say premium rooms) but the view from the upper rooms is gorgeous since there´s nothing to obstruct your view. The staff is great, they manage to please me, and rooms had a large umbre
The first room I got on level 4, the shower was not the best (I did not complain about it), but the AC unit was not working properly and no control of it whatsoever! We called the front desk and we went for a walk to give them time to "fix" it. I told my wife, that would not be possible. On our way back, I guessed right - everything was the same, so I called them, and they manage to get me room on level 5. More stairs but the AC was perfect and our nights were chilled. As strategical as it could be, on the last two days they contacted us to offer a better room and I thought it was because of the AC of the first day, but they explained that the resort was on low occupation, so they were moving guests to lower levels. That was a smart move since they keep most guests together and it makes hell of a lot easier for housekeeping with no need to keep moving to higher levels and that would make easier and faster for everyone. Thumbs UP for the logistic there. Just to note something that annoyed me during the night. The bed was supposed to be King or Queen size, but in fact it was two single beds together (two mattresses) that you could feel the junction of them while sleeping.

The room we've got is far from being the one in the frame picture. The food is not good, the restaurant is always full of people, hard to get good meal. You should be lucky to get a room where you don´t need to climb all the way up the hill. Getting to the room can be as doing a mountain expedition. No internet above in the hills. We arrived at 7 pm the room was not prepared for 4 people and they only got the beds by midnight.
No internet outside the pool, long distance walking up the hill, not enough crew for the job they need to do.
