Very friendly welcome. Room was very comfortable and the view of the city was excellent. Perfect spot just off the interstate for a short stay in Nashville.
Beautifully decorated; wonderful value.
Restaurant was somewhat overpriced.
The hotel is close to downtown.
Hearing the elevator all night and our view was a gas station
Clean. Love the free shuttle, shop, and restaurant/pub options. Staff were obviously working very hard and did their best to be very friendly though cause for a lot of stress.
HUGE backlog of people getting into their rooms. Only 1 person at the front desk with zero help for her. Only 2 bartenders and one busser for the bar during happy hour, zero service unless you went up to the bar. No clue what apps were at happy hr prices.
The location and available amenities are great.
Despite several requests, we did not receive maid service for our entire trip. When we asked for clean bath towels they acted like we might steal them. When I misplaced my room key and didn't want to wake up my wife, the front desk staff said no. #hair
