It was close to downtown Nashville and the staff was amazing. Especially the shuttle driver.
It could use a few updates in the rooms. But I know they are working on making those updates. I will definitely stay there again.
Lobby and pool were nice.
For the price I think you should get breakfast, especially when the elevators are jammed up cause of half of them not working cause of the construction. It's a 2.5 star hotel not 3
Only one person working the front desk, and a 20-minute wait to check in. for some reason the main elevators were out, we had to use a freight elevator which meant using the stair because the freight elevator is way too slow
My wife and I came down to Nashville. When we got here I was told that I had been upgraded to a Presidential suite. What I didn't know was that it smelled of smoke and like a suite of the 70's. We had decided that this hotel was not to the standards I require and decided to go elsewhere. They tried to put us in another antiquated room to make up. As we were leaving, there were other guests complaining that they would not stay here again.
The staff was friendly and nice. Overall, though it was dated, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good especially the biscuits and gravy. The location is perfect for attending a concert at the Ryman.
It was dated and the elevators were rough. The shuttle stops running at 10:30, but the concert didn't end till then. If they would just push it to 10:45 it would be great.
