Pros (+) Bed was amazing, space very comfortable, Covid safe, great location. Appreciated how they worked out a safe breakfast

Pros (+) The facilities were nice. Large, clean room. Exercise room and pool areas looked very nice although we didn't use them.
Cons (-) Staff was frequently boarder line rude. Generally not attentive to needs. Food served was edible and that's about as nice as I can say. The 'kitchen staff' made very little attempt to make things appealing.
