Pros:Very close to the Terminal 1 of Narita airport. Free shuttle buses to Terminal 1 and Terminal 2/3.

Pros:It is conveniently located near the airport. Perfect to stay for a night before my flight the next morning.
Cons:Meals at restaurant is kinda pricey for the quality of food you get.

Pros:It was very close to the airport and staff were very friendly.
Cons:It was dirty and run-down. And it was intolerabley warm with no air conditioning or ability to open a window (I stayed in autumn).

Pros:5 min walk from terminal 1, it was close to flight and food if you don't want to go into town. Hotel was a little older, but good for a night. Bigger room than other Japanese airport hotels I've stayed at. They have a shuttle every 20 min to take you to terminals. On site restaurant available. And if landing late or too tired there are Family Mart food and drink machines.

Pros:Stayed because of my next day flight, the place did its job and I felt comfortable. With late checkout I was able to sleep in till 2pm, flight was at 5pm

Pros:Flights delayed and was able to get a room last minute and the hotel and kayak was very helpful a young mother and child the airport said there were no rooms anywhere in Tokyo got on computer and they had a room and ofered a free shuttle every 20 minutes after a 14 hr layover in the airport in san Francisco were needed sleep and thanks to them and kayak we finally got some would stay there again.
