Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially for events and proximity to venues. However, many express disappointment with service, citing slow check-in, unresponsive staff, and poor communication. The pool area is frequently described as overcrowded and lacking amenities, detracting from the overall experience. While some guests enjoy the resort's atmosphere and facilities, recurring issues with service and pool management are notable negatives.
