Cons (-) We could have been given the room that we paid for. Which was 2 king size beds. Not a really poor quality fold out sofa bed. My 2 kids had to sleep with me in one king.

Pros (+) The terrace on the 2nd floor was fantastic. Front desk Staff was friendly and helpful. Welcome glass of wine was a nice touch. Free parking. Good location in downtown Napa, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and tasting rooms.

Pros (+) Loved ambience, location, staff, live entertainment.
Cons (-) AC in our room was broken/sounded like a truck. Couldn't sleep, which was very frustrating, especially considering the price. The manager was great and credited back some of the nightly rate. Great that managers are empowered to assist patrons on the spot.

Cons (-) check-in process and staff are not service-oriented at all. i was told the room would be ready (early) by noon, then when I arrived they said they didn't know when it would be ready, but they only guarantee by 4pm. At 4pm, they said that housekeeping was making up the room, but when I walked by the door, I could see that there was no one there. no apologies, no empathy. at 4:30pm, here was my exch...

Cons (-) Bathroom slider style door doesn't afford any privacy. Street rooms are very loud making it impossible to leave slider door open to enjoy the crisp Napa air. Inconvenient self parking, no real self park entrance to lobby for check in.
