Pros (+) Woke up at 12:30am at night to have been bitten over 12 times by bed bugs. I witnessed at least 8 bed bugs around the bed. Called reception who offered me another room or full refund. Got the full refund and went to another hotel. The rest was just like a motel. Will not stay there again.

Pros (+) Meh, could have been worse. Pretty standard cheap motel.
Cons (-) Wasn't as cheap as it should have been based on location, amenities, and level of comfort. Also shower head was very low.
