The hotel is really beautiful and the house architecture makes you wonder if you are still in Japan, the room was also huge in comparaison to what you can find in Japan. Special mention for the staff that was really welcoming.
We asked (a bit late) for a late check out but it was refused.
The hotel setting and atmosphere were most striking to me. The balconies make it European in appearance but the hospitality is so Japanese. The book display creates a library atmosphere. However, from 3 to 12 pm you can have unlimited coffee, juices, beer, sours, wines and sake at the lounge. If you’re having breakfast, choose Japanese.
The Western breakfast was wanting.
Large room and good position
Not having the wifi in the room is not acceptable in 2019
Good position, close to places of interest in Nagasaki. The room was very large and had a fully equipped bath. Beautiful view of the city, especially at night. Nice breakfast in the morning: you can choose between traditional Japanese and western version
Furniture and carpet in the room were quite old. The absence of a wifi in the rooms (there is only in the main hall at ground floor) is quite uncommon and rather unacceptable in 2019
