Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location close to attractions, restaurants, and shops, and some mentioned friendly and helpful staff. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several reviews mentioning musty smells, mold, dirty bathrooms, and outdated common areas. Bed comfort was often criticized, with complaints about hard or damp beds and noisy bedding. Breakfast received mixed feedback, being described as sufficient but limited or with a small dining area. The pool was also mentioned as needing better maintenance. Overall, while the location and staff were highlights, improvements in cleanliness, bed comfort, and amenities are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
