Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the airport, public transport, and local markets. The breakfast and restaurant food receive positive mentions, and several guests appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient airport shuttle service. However, reviews are mixed regarding cleanliness and service, with some guests reporting poor housekeeping, unresponsive staff, and maintenance issues. Room size is frequently described as small, and a few guests note problems with amenities and noise. Overall, the hotel is considered a good value for its location and basic needs, but improvements in cleanliness, service, and room comfort are needed.
