Pros: Brilliant location. Friendly and polite staff. Attractive and clean.
Cons: The instructions for the air conditioning were not sufficient - pretty important when there is no-one at reception and it is mid winter Mudgee! Lovely place but the price was substantially more than I paid in a 5 star Sydney CBD Hotel, so way to expensive for what you get.

Cons: Not clear what was complementary or not with the tea, coffee, Pringle chips and sweets. . Fortunately we don’t drink alcohol. The energy light bulbs give too dim a light. At Woolworths. they sell Phillips LED bulbs 2000 lumen: These use far less electricity, but one bulb’s light is truly as bright as daylight. See for yourself - test one. . 10,0 Excellent
Pros: The view was amazing. Staff was friendly.
Cons: The sauna wasn’t working and the pool and spa was warmer. Also would have been nice if the restaurant was open.
7,5 Good
Pros: The new upgraded Superior Suite. The pool. The spa.
Cons: The original ‘upgraded’ ‘business’ suite. The room was tired, old, cold, and largely empty. Thank God your helpful staff team where happy to move us to a new superior suite . The restaurant menu did not include or indicate any gluten free options. The Sauna did not work. The new superior suite could do with some bath robes , slippers, more soft glow lamps, greenery and a wifi speaker. These simple additions would put your new rooms on pa with other local boutique accomodation.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, amazing food. Quiet location. Not far from town. Great spot
7,5 Good
Pros: Have been staying here for years and am glad to see they are undertaking a much needed renovation - the pool area now looks great - 2 years ago it was shabby and spa and sauna were not working
Cons: It needs a branding upgrade - Accor are good at adding the extras eg pen, paper, slippers and this was missing likewise the ironing board and hairdryer could have been upgraded - it is the small things that make it value for money
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are great, breakfast is good & lovely staff.
Cons: N/A
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing Experience, we got an upgrade. The staff was excellent and very helpful, will visit again!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Clean beautiful otherwise.
Cons: Wasnt happy with the aircon as was cold in our room. The other was the advertised price was false advertising as when I booked money went up significantly. You are still holding onto the $10 deposit for bar that we never used.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The hot breakfast was cooked to order so it was very fresh and the scrambled eggs were perfect, not overcooked due to sitting in the bain-marie. The location was a short drive from town.
Cons: The staff were friendly and professional but their manner of interaction lacked the warm country hospitality that I expected.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The staff. The place from outside looks very nice with that big park. Inside is quite old.
Cons: We got attacked by 2 big wild dogs while walking into resort. there was no ranger or security to help us. it was very scary and dangerous at the same time. there was only one staff at 9 pm called Amy which was helpful by opening the doors of the main lobby and letting us in. They told us they have seen the dogs before and a similar case happened. She called the police and the dog pound but they never showed up. It was a terrible experience after a lovely day in the vineyards of Mudgee. Definitely killed all the vibe of a romantic weekend. The bathroom wasn't very clean.
