Cons: We checked in late and was only given two towels despite a booking for three people. Reception closed at 7pm so we couldn’t contact anyone to get another towel. No shower curtain or door on the shower. There was a brown dirty mark on bathroom basin that should have been cleaned off. Place was grotty

Cons: We arrived at 3pm (2pm check in is stated on the website) and the office was closed. After calling the number, no one was available to check us in until 3:30pm.

Cons: No microwave. The indoor ‘heated’ pool was the reason we booked here & paid more than we would’ve elsewhere; it wasn’t heated.

Cons: Ignorant people who reverse into parking space then run their car in morning to warm up. Plenty of signs saying do not reverse.

Cons: Wifi didn't work for me, no hot water the next morning,no AFL foxtel and overcharged on meal and poor management skills to not listen to your concerns.

Pros: Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom with plenty of room for own things. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion provided in pump dispensers. Wish more motels would do this.

Cons: TV reception not great. Picture and sound continually breaking up. Possibly an issue with digital signal.

Cons: We arrived early to the motel after a 6 hour drive and were turned away and told not to come back until 2pm. Once we finally were able to check in I was roused on for turning up after 2pm because they were finished “cleaning” by 12pm. Shower was filthy and had scum on the tiles, mould was on the toilet brush cupboards were dusty and there were dead moths on the carpets. Waited 30 minutes for a coffee mine was freezing cold as well as my avo on toast that I ordered. No professional bar staff or waiters.

Pros: Modern motel with interesting design features - a real rural feel.

Pros: A lovely place to stay, you can really see the care that goes into managing it. We were very comfortable and the staff were great.

Cons: The room stank of septic water, it was grotty & when I rang to see if they had any available rooms they said they only had 1 left for $220, when I went on line there were 6 available for $155. Very dishonest.

Cons: The lady at reception showed no interest to us as customers. We ate at the motel restaurant and when we went to leave we could not find any staff to assist us. We even stood at the reception thinking someone would be nearby to help but no-one came. So all we could do is assume our evening meal account would be correct, we had no way of checking it at the time. In the morning (being a Sunday) the reception did not start until 7.30am and as we were needing to be on the road by 7am we had not way of talking with any staff. There was no local phone number at the property to ring for assistance. When my husband tried ringing the 1800 number a recorded message said we would be put on hold and that this would be at US call rates. He then decided to wait until he arrived home to try and get an account for the stay and meal....hopefully he will get somewhere by going onto "Quality's" email contact.

Pros: Room was comfortable and clean.

Cons: The tv remote was difficult to get to work. The pool was dirty the key didn’t work in our lock to three tries changing the key for it to work. Didn’t work later at 10 at night when I came back and had to call her she was annoyed that we bothered her. Had a cocktail they were expensive and they hadn’t turned the air conditioning on when it was 42 degrees.

Pros: Staff were exceptional. Room was clean and hair dryer, fabulous. We ate onsite, food was tasty!

Cons: Pool area a little dated and position of a/c made cooling the room challenging.

Pros: Very helpful staff. It was winter when we stayed and they contacted us to see what time we were arriving so they could turn the heater on and have our room warm on our arrival. Very clean and comfortable. We would stay again.

Pros: Clean neat rooms. We stayed in room 12 - a 4 bed family room. Easy parking outside the room. Easy check in - friendly staff. Good value for money. Lots of bathroom products. Nice towels. Electric blankets Room serviced on 2 night stay

Cons: Noisy traffic outside windows (mainly at busy times) One bed was on wheels that couldn’t be locked so it easily rolled around. Tiny tv screens (especially in the second room)

Cons: The room we were in looked nothing like the photos of the rooms on the motel web site. The bathroom decor was as old as I am., with mould around the top of the ledge in the corner of the bathroom. The Wi fi did not work and repeated requests to the receptionist proved fruitless. Explanations offered were that the signal jumps from room to room, it may be that the impending storm is to blame or that to get Wi fi you have to stand in the office foyer, log in and then you should be right. Not so, when you leave the office you lose the signal. The room had not been cleaned properly, we found torn wrappers and papers beside the couch and behind the couch had obviously not been vacuumed for some time

Pros: Property was clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Pros: Accommodation was ok. Close to town center. Not noisy in spite of being on highway. Room warm. Got a room upgrade.

Cons: Very cold. Air con was warm and plenty of hot water. Property is dated and needs a refurbishment. Only a thin doona on the bed and the supplied spare blanket was not clean. No electric blanket. Spent a very cold night. Scratched all night and covered in bites next day. Suspected bed bugs as the cause but this was not clarified. Management alerted re this issue. No breakfast available. Would not stay here again.

Pros: Pet friendly with no conditions as other places have. Able to park our Ute & trailer out the back.

Cons: The poor old motel is still in the eighties which would be fine but the condition is poor. Breakfast was late & wrong & didn’t receive our tea.

Pros: There was a problem with the TV in our room which was fixed immediately. Staff were really helpful and genuinely friendly.

Cons: I wanted a large room but was 'upgraded' to a probably smaller double room. There was no microwave. The room had an over-used feel about it for the price being asked. The traffic noise was noticeable.
