Pros: Since day 2 the breakfast selection -> otherwise Nothing!!
Cons: - at first: the Personal could Not speak english, even the Manager has poor knowledge - the location: because the Personal was not able to organize a Taxi, but only a driver for the whole day (and this was wrong; later we got to know that there were opportunitys; they can‘t organize a tour through the Khao Yai Nationalpark - the spa area did not belong to the hotel -> it belongs to another Hotel!!! - the whole stay: it was to noisy (pool sprinkle, other guests, air condition, etc.) In summary: for Thai guests or other Thai speaking people without wanting to see the Nationalpark it is a normal resort; international guest should avoid this hotel!!!

Pros: Loved the comfortable bed, the rooms are spacious, the swimming pool was amazing and the staff were really helpful.
Cons: Can't think of anything but an extra bonus would be if they can serve a small biscotti/shortbread with the hot beverages and add pancakes to your breakfast menu please! My stay was way too short!

Cons: The elevator stopped working twice
4,6 Okay
Pros: Location O.K.
Cons: Swimming pool had green algae on the bottom tiles every morning. On the 3rd day the algae was floating on the surface. Generally only a fool would have used the pool during our stay and our kids were not allowed near it - much to their disappointment. Generally the staff were friendly but the manager couldn't be found "gone to Bangkok" was the only answer we could get. Breakfast was poor. We booked 8 rooms for a total of 50 nights but never received any recognition when a complaint was raised. Needless to say we will not be staying here on our next trip to Pakchong
6,3 Good
Pros: The location of this hotel good for people using it as a stopover before travelling further up north. I use this hotel purely for visiting family around Pak Chong because there is a shortage of other hotels to choose from!
Cons: Food and drink is limited for wetsern travellers!
