Pros: From the we starting planning our trip last year in Australia, everything relating to booking the accommodation & guided tours went smoothly. The Radisson offered us with a glamorous finale to our holiday. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, had a great view & the bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. Madlen & Mikhail provided great assistance, recommendations & then the booking of a great English speaking tour guide. The hotel is located less than ten minutes from a metro station that linked us to all the major attractions & also a selection of good restaurants. The hotel added to a great way to end our Russian adventure.

Cons: Room service breakfast could be better. Shower could get hotter water, and the drain in the middle of the bathtub is a little uncomfortable. The fire alarm testing system should be warned about and tested later on in the day as well.

Cons: Excellent hotel, check in quick and efficient. Standard rooms are very high quality and whole hotel is spotless. Leisure & wellness facilities are superb and staff very attentive. Nearest Metro is about 12 minutes walk by shopping centre otherwise plenty of taxis outside.

Pros: The staff greeted us nicely in English and explained the hotel's amenities. They told us to see them if we needed anything. We asked for directions and they were very helpful. They arranged transportation. For us to an outside market. They even had umbrellas we could borrow! On our last morning they opened the buffet early for us so we could eat before catching our plane! Anastasia was a wonderful restaurant manager who bent over backwards for us!

Cons: 1) The cleaning ladies clean too thoroughly: by mistake, they first threw a swimming shorts of my partner away and in a few days our own steel cutlery. After our request, they found the shorts on the next day and returned with apologies, though we had already to go and buy new ones to be able to swim. And then they returned only 1 fork and 1 knife, again with apologies, but unfortunately another fork and knife were never found... 2) Only one elevator out of two on the left side was in order during the whole our 9 days stay. Almost every day, we had to wait 5-8 min for it. Noone informed us that there were other two elevators on the right side: we discovered this ourselves just a couple of days before leaving. 3) the mineral sparkling water at the bar costs 8-9 euro, which is ridiculous since it costs 1 euro in a shop. Even in the 3-star hotels in Europe, the mineral water is often provided for free. In some 4-start hotels, the whole bar is sometimes for free. We did not understand why here, they want so much money for a bottle of mineral water: it feels like they still want to earn on you after you have already paid quite a lot for the 5-star hotel stay.

Pros: Location & Breakfast It's our last night in Moscow and we had a Ballet show booked at the Bolshi theatre, and this is a perfect hotel for that as you can easily walk 5 minutes to the theatre with your high heels on! The breakfast is in the hotel's legendary "dreams of princess" hall, the food and drinks were delicious and there's a harpist playing for you when you dine.

Pros: The grand lobby and restaurant/bar are fantastic. We were there a few weeks before Christmas and the holiday spirit added to the splendour of the Art Deco vibe. The location was great, had a room with a view of the Bolshoi Theatre and the Red Square (just). The staff were very friendly. Rooms are a bit dated (although huge) however the old decor adds to the charm of the hotel.

From our very first interaction (Bell Hop racing across the square to guide us to the hotel) to the moment we left, nothing short of spectacular. Pros: Location & Breakfast It's our last night in Moscow and we had a Ballet show booked at the Bolshi theatre, and this is a perfect hotel for that as you can easily walk 5 minutes to the theatre with your high heels on! The breakfast is in the hotel's legendary "dreams of princess" hall, the food and drinks were delicious and there's a harpist playing for you when you dine.
Cons: Nothing The hotel itself is part of the history of Moscow, it's definitely worth the experience.

Pros: The grand lobby and restaurant/bar are fantastic. We were there a few weeks before Christmas and the holiday spirit added to the splendour of the Art Deco vibe. The location was great, had a room with a view of the Bolshoi Theatre and the Red Square (just). The staff were very friendly. Rooms are a bit dated (although huge) however the old decor adds to the charm of the hotel.
Cons: The bathrooms could do with updating but all the facilities were there.

Cons: My wife and I were given a fantastic room, but little that we know it was located above the bar where on the night we stayed there was a party going on, and let me tell you, it felt as we were in the party as well. So my recommendation to guests that want to stay in this great property, please ask where the room is located, and if it’s above the bar, further ask the reception if there is any sort of event while you stay and act accordingly.

Pros: Although I booked my room at Bega last minute, I don't think I could have had a better experience at any other accomodation in Moscow. Upon arrival, the receptionist lady called Tatyana was very kind, flexible and helpful with managing my check-in. Although double bed wasn't guaranteed when I purchased my room, Tatyana even helped me to get a room with the double bed. When I had any questions regarding the local foods or drinks, she was happy to answer. Also she spoke English quite well, which is not too common in Moscow as I understood. My room was clean and tidy, everything as expected. Located next to the horse racing pit, I couldn't have had a better view and quieter night. The food served in the hotel was amazing, I had to fight myself not to stay and eat until 11am instead of attending my meetings. I highly recommend staying at this place and would like to thank the staff one more time for making my stay memorable!

Pros: Although I booked my room at Bega last minute, I don't think I could have had a better experience at any other accomodation in Moscow. Upon arrival, the receptionist lady called Tatyana was very kind, flexible and helpful with managing my check-in. Although double bed wasn't guaranteed when I purchased my room, Tatyana even helped me to get a room with the double bed. When I had any questions regarding the local foods or drinks, she was happy to answer. Also she spoke English quite well, which is not too common in Moscow as I understood. My room was clean and tidy, everything as expected. Located next to the horse racing pit, I couldn't have had a better view and quieter night. The food served in the hotel was amazing, I had to fight myself not to stay and eat until 11am instead of attending my meetings. I highly recommend staying at this place and would like to thank the staff one more time for making my stay memorable!

Pros: Very kind and helpful staff, good Internet, clean room with an iron. There is a great restaurant and sauna in the neighbourhood. Very quiet location.
Cons: The nearest metro station is located around 1,5km from the hotel so you need to take taxi to go there from Belorusskiy Vokzal. Also there was very hot in the room (even if the radiator were closed and window open).

Cons: I have spent 2 nights here during New Year Eve in Moscow and expected some nice treats but since I checked in, they sent me to the room with half made up, the bedsheet was not well done, no blanket provided and pillow sheet was dirty with some hairs. I asked them to change to new room and they agreed plus offered us breakfast during our stay to show responsibility. However, the second day of our stay, hot water was not working and I had to call for some repair again. I didn’t mean to complain but the quality is not worth to the price I have paid especially during New Year where the price was doubled... a bit disappointed

Cons: Room had a musty / mildewy odor, coming from the bathroom. Breakfast was too pricey, but this was a good incentive to find food outside the hotel.
