Pros (+) Right off the get go the staff member who greeted us and employees were very friendly. The room was in the corner without a view but it filled the need and was extremely clean. I got the feeling that a lot of thought was put into customer care which is rare these days. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons (-) If I had to really think about it, and this seems really picky, but the electrical could be updated in this room...This is by far not a deal breaker either as everything worked as it should.
