The room was not properly cleaned especially the bathroom, there was still hairs on the tub from probably the previous guest. The headboard of the bed was dusty. There is no microwave available to heat up the left over food from restaurant. The staff are friendly, good facility. overall it's okay for a budget. It's something they can improve.

Everyone was amazing and polite. Loved most of the amenities provided iron, blow dyer, Nespresso machine etc. However we never got toothpaste in our dental, no drinking water, slippers. These, your team should definitely need to add to make the experience exceptional.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent but expensive although large enough to be shared. The restaurant Kavos was also excellent for dinner with amazing service, cudos to the wonderful staff and our very friendly and helpful waiter Kosto. Altogether a very good experience.

Pros (+) The sliding wooden screen in place of curtains makes for great sleep!
Cons (-) There is no good food within walking distance, so if you don't have a car you are pretty much confined to the hotel restaurant, which is a bit boring.
